The Elite Partner Program:

for Acoustic Planning & Soundproofing Projects

A structured program for builders, contractors, designers, architects, and project teams who want earlier acoustic coordination, clearer project communication, and documented volume-based pricing for eligible projects.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

Built for Professionals Who Plan, Build, Design, or Manage Acoustic-Sensitive Spaces

Soundproofing is often treated too late in the project. By the time noise complaints, privacy concerns, mechanical noise, or room-to-room transfer become obvious, the easiest design decisions have already passed. The Inaudible Professional Partner Pricing Program is designed for companies that want to involve acoustic planning earlier, reduce project friction, and create a more reliable process for soundproofing scopes.

Typical eligible partners may include:

Modern office space with seating area and acoustic planning considerations

Custom Home Builders

For builders coordinating luxury homes, basement suites, home theatres, offices, bedrooms, and privacy-sensitive spaces.

General Contractors

For contractors managing renovation, commercial, multi-room, or specialty acoustic scopes.

Designers

For designers working on homes, offices, clinics, therapy spaces, studios, and other environments where privacy and comfort matter.

Developers & Project Teams

For companies coordinating repeat projects, multi-unit spaces, commercial spaces, or pre-construction acoustic planning.

The Hidden Liability of Acoustic Guesswork.

Stop risking your reputation on failed soundproofing. Inaudible ensures you deliver invisible luxury—without the logistical friction.

Your high-end clients expect perfection, and standard batt insulation won’t deliver it. You do not leave structural integrity or architectural aesthetics to chance. Yet, acoustic performance is often treated as a last-minute trade afterthought.

The result? Weeks wasted waiting on basic quotes, scheduling bottlenecks that derail an entire build, and scattered communication. Standard soundproofing methods frequently fail, resulting in unsatisfied clients once they move into the space.

WHY PARTNER WITH INAUDIBLE

Acoustic Planning Should Not Be a Last-Minute Guess

Standard insulation or basic acoustic products may not solve the real noise path. Sound can travel through wall cavities, ceilings, floors, doors, ducts, structural connections, and small gaps that are often missed during general construction planning.

Inaudible helps project teams assess the noise problem, identify the likely transmission path, and recommend appropriate soundproofing or acoustic treatment options based on the space, budget, construction stage, and project goals.

Earlier Acoustic Coordination

Bring soundproofing into the planning process before site conditions become more difficult or expensive to address.

Priority Quote Review

Approved partner companies may receive priority quote review after complete project information is received, including drawings, photos, measurements, site details, and scope requirements.

Clearer Project Communication

Where applicable, projects can be coordinated through JobTread or another agreed project communication process to support clearer timelines, documentation, and project visibility.

HOW PARTNER PRICING WORKS

Eligible partner companies may qualify for company-level volume pricing credits based on approved projects and actual paid invoice volume.

Common Questions About Our Program

Explore answers to frequently asked questions about our soundproofing solutions, covering budget, timelines, and landlord approvals.

Is this a referral program?

No. This is not a personal referral reward, commission, cashback, or kickback program. It is a company-level partner pricing program for approved professional companies.

Who receives the volume credit?

Any approved volume credit is issued only to the approved partner company according to written program terms. Inaudible does not issue personal payments to individual owners, employees, designers, architects, project managers, or decision-makers.

When are volume credits reviewed?

Volume credits are generally reviewed quarterly after quarter-end. Credits are based only on eligible paid revenue, not unpaid invoices or projected work.

Do unpaid progress invoices count?

No. If a project uses progressive billing, only invoices actually paid during the quarter count toward eligible paid revenue for that quarter. Unpaid invoices may count in a later quarter if payment is received and the project remains eligible.

Can architects or designers participate?

Architects, designers, and other professionals may apply, but additional disclosure, professional-duty, and compliance review may be required. Some projects may be excluded from financial benefits depending on the client relationship, procurement structure, or professional obligations.

Does this increase the client’s project price?

No partner credit should be funded by artificially increasing a client’s price. Project pricing must be based on legitimate project factors such as scope, materials, labour, site conditions, scheduling, technical requirements, and risk.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. Inaudible reviews each application and may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation based on eligibility, project type, compliance requirements, and business fit.

Are public-sector or condo-board projects eligible?

Not automatically. Public-sector, institutional, condo-board, insurance-related, tendered, bid-controlled, and regulated procurement projects may be excluded or require written approval before any partner pricing benefit applies.
